The scapula bone, with its wings so wide, Joins the humerus bone with effortless glide, A bridge between the shoulder and the back, It's a key to movement, no room for slack.
The spine of the scapula, a ridge so neat, A landmark for muscles that do compete To control the movements of the shoulder joint, With strength and grace, they don't disappoint.
The acromion process, so smooth and round, With fibers that attach, it's tightly bound To the deltoid muscle, a powerhouse so grand, Together they move the arm, it's their command.
The coracoid process, like a hook so small, Attaches to muscles that never stall, The pectoralis minor, so strong and firm, Raises the ribs with each breath's turn.
The supraspinatus, a muscle so high, Attaches to the scapula with a perfect tie, It lifts the arm to the side with ease, Aiding in movements, like a gentle breeze.
The infraspinatus, with fibers so fine, Attaches to the scapula in a perfect line, It rotates the arm with such precision, A vital part of the shoulder's mission.
The subscapularis, with a tendon so strong, Attaches to the scapula, it doesn't belong, It helps rotate the arm towards the chest, A vital part of movements, it does attest.
From the superior to the inferior angle, The scapula bone, with movements so gentle, Attached to muscles that control every sway, A key component of the human array.
The scapula bone, a blade so thin, A canvas for muscles to start and begin, With wings so wide and a back so strong, It holds the arm with effortless song.
The trapezius muscle, with fibers so long, Attaches to the scapula bone, it belongs, It raises the shoulders, with perfect control, A key movement, it's a vital goal.
The rhomboid major, with fibers so fine, Attaches to the scapula in a perfect line, It retracts the shoulder blades with grace, Aiding in movements, like a gentle embrace.
The levator scapulae, with a tendon so strong, Attaches to the scapula, it does belong, It elevates the scapula with such ease, A vital part of movements, like a gentle breeze.
The serratus anterior, with fibers so neat, Attaches to the scapula, it's a perfect feat, It rotates the shoulder, with such precision, A key movement, it's a vital decision.
The teres minor, a muscle so grand, Attaches to the scapula, like a guiding hand, It rotates the arm, with such a goal, A vital part of movements, it's a vital role.
From the spine to the inferior angle, The scapula bone, with movements so gentle, Attached to muscles that control every sway, A key component of the human array.
