Humerus Bone Poetry

ANATOMY AIIMS, GROSS ANATOMY, EMBRYOLOGY, NEUROANATOMY, MICROANATOMY, APPLIED/ CLINICAL ANATOMY
The humerus bone, so long and strong, A foundation for the arm to belong, With muscles attached, it moves with grace, A vital part of the human race.
The head of the humerus, so round and true, Attaches to the scapula, it's a perfect cue, Aiding in movements, with every sway, It's a key component, day by day.
The anatomical neck, a landmark so fine, Attaches to muscles, with a perfect line, It raises the arm, with such precision, A vital movement, it's a crucial decision.
The surgical neck, a point of contention, With muscles attached, it's a vital convention, It's a site of fractures, a potential risk, But it's still a part of the humerus's brisk.
The deltoid tuberosity, a point so neat, Attaches to the deltoid, with perfect feat, It's a powerhouse muscle, with strength so grand, Moving the arm, with a gentle command.
The medial and lateral epicondyles, so true, Attaching to muscles, with fibers so new, They flex and extend, with each movement's sway, A key part of the humerus's display.
The coronoid and olecranon fossae, A landmark for muscles, like a perfect ballet, The brachialis and triceps, they do attach, Aiding in movements, like a gentle catch.
The trochlea and capitulum, so strong, Articulating with the ulna, it's a perfect song, Aiding in movements, with each rotation, It's a vital part of the humerus's foundation.
The humerus bone, with its strength and might, A key component of the arm's flight, With muscles attached, it moves with ease, A vital part of the human's body, please.
From the head to the distal end, The humerus bone, with muscles to tend, Each attachment, a crucial part, Moving the arm, with a gentle heart.

The subscapularis, from the lesser tubercle it does bind, Moves the arm in, with a perfect mind, A vital movement, with every draw, It's a key part of the shoulder's awe.
The coracobrachialis, from the coracoid process it does attach, Flexes the arm, with a perfect match, Aiding in movements, like a gentle flow, A key component, with every show.
The biceps brachii, from the supraglenoid tubercle to the radius it does bind, Flexes and supinates, with a perfect mind, It's a powerhouse muscle, with strength so grand, Moving the arm, with a gentle command.
The triceps brachii, from the infraglenoid tubercle to the olecranon it does extend, Extends the arm, with a perfect trend, A vital movement, with every push, It's a key part of the arm's gentle rush.
